Shri Uday B. Pendse
Diploma in Yoga Education, 1976, Pune, India.
Born in 1953, Uday Pendse has dedicated 50+ years to yoga consultancy and therapy. A pioneer in bringing yoga to institutional India, he has served organizations from Tata Management Training Centre and Indian Railways to international collaborations in Germany and Sweden.
His work spans addiction treatment (Muktangana De-addiction Centre, 1989-2002), corporate wellness (multiple Tata and government institutions), and clinical research. He contributed to epilepsy management projects with Uppsala University, Sweden, and participated in International Yoga Day celebrations in Beijing at the invitation of the Indian Ambassador to China.
As an author for AYUSH Government of India examinations and Secretary of Yashada Yoga Club since 2003, Uday continues to promote what he calls the journey from "Restlessness to Restfulness."

Dr. Krzysztof Stec represents one of Kaivalyadhama's earliest international success stories. From the pioneering 1975/76 batch, he has spent over 55 years building bridges between classical yoga and Western academia.
A senior lecturer at Jan Długosz University, Poland, he holds degrees from the University of Cincinnati (B.Sc.), Banaras Hindu University (M.P.Ed.), University of Rajasthan (M.Phil.), and earned his Ph.D. from Joseph Pilsudski University. He has visited India over 30 times, spending more than 10 years studying with renowned yogis and saints.
Author of three books on yoga and over 70 scientific papers, he currently represents Poland at the European Yoga Federation, spreading authentic yogic knowledge across Central Europe.

Sunita has led impactful yoga sessions for universities, corporates, and community platforms.
