From Our Alumni

Kaivalyadhama didn't just teach me yoga, it gave me a framework for living. Twenty years later, I still return to what I learned there.

Sunita Raghav PGDYEd 2008, Mumbai

The scientific approach here is unmatched. It's why I chose Kaivalyadhama, and why I send my students here.

Krzysztof Stec DYEd 1975, Poland

As a corporate professional, I thought yoga was just exercise. My time at Kaivalyadhama completely changed that understanding.
