Overview
Affiliated to Kavikulaguru Kalidas Sanskrit University, the M.A. in Yogashastra is a two-year-full-time course, to train students in Yogic concepts, practices, and application at the post-graduate level.
As an extension of the program covers detailed exploration of traditional yoga texts, scientific Yoga Research, Yoga’s therapeutic approach, advanced studies in Yoga Therapy and cognitive behaviour, comprehensive study of allied sciences, and emphasis on research methodologies.
The program blends ancient wisdom with modern scientific knowledge and teaching skills.
The course includes submission of a Dissertation.
