If you have decided to learn yoga, Kaivalyadhama will meet you where you are. Four ways to learn.

The Yoga Teacher Training Certificate (YTTC) is the foundational course for anyone serious about yoga. It gives you the language and structure to go deeper into your practice and into yourself.

This program covers textual, psycho-physiological and practical aspects of Yoga, as well as the teaching methods. It certifies you to teach and start your career in yoga.

Scientific Validation of Yogic Practice

Kaivalyadhama, founded in 1924, conducted the first systematic scientific investigation into yoga’s mechanisms. Swami Kuvalayananda established protocols to measure and validate what classical texts describe.

Your curriculum is grounded in classical texts (Patanjali, Hatha tradition), validated through physiological research, taught by faculty trained in both lineage and science, and recognized internationally (IYA, Yoga Alliance).

If you have had the desire to dive deeper into the knowledge and depth of yoga,
you are at the right place.
