The course is appropriate even for a beginner of Yoga to get a proper and extensive understanding of the traditional and scientific aspects of Yoga. Students are qualified to become Yoga instructors after successful completion of this course, and can take up Yoga as a career.
This is a foundation teacher’s training course of 100 hours theory online. 100 hours practical, this course is a combination of Yoga & Ayurveda.

- Step 2: Upon receiving the application form, college will schedule your first Zoom interview.
- Step 3: After the Zoom interview, the college will update you via email regarding your selection status.
- Step 4: If selected, the college will share the fee payment details with you.

Yes, internships are offered at the end of certain courses. Selection is based on the candidate’s academic performance and requirement, which are determined in a due process.
We accept day scholars in B.A. and M.A. Yogashastra, besides residential intake. Rest of the courses are residential only.
Students coming for the courses are given shared accommodation in separate hostels for ladies and gents, with community baths.

We have a library with over 30,000 titles on yoga. Students are given free access during the tenure of their course.
