Overview
CME is a six-day program sponsored by Ministry of Ayush.
The course specially caters to Ayush professionals and Yoga Teachers such as doctors, paramedics.
The aim of this CME is to educate the Medical Fraternity into the Scientific understanding of Yoga and its therapeutic applications. To update regarding trends in R & D activities for development of AYUSH systems and highlight the areas of research and avenues for collaborative activities.
Purpose of CME
- To encourage doctors to undergo traditional technical knowledge upgradation and professional development in an organized manner.
- To promote the scientific understanding and therapeutic application of Yoga in medical practice.
- To provide updated information on research, scientific journals, and R&D trends in the AYUSH domain.
- To integrate traditional practices with modern healthcare and enhance holistic patient care.

- Principles of Yogic Therapy
- Evidence-based yogic interventions for psycho-socio-spiritual needs
- Physiological effects of Asanas and Pranayama
- Introduction to Scientific Research in Yoga
- Overview of current therapeutic research in Yoga
- Use of Yoga & Ayurveda for preventive health
- Rational approach to Yogic practices
Facilities for the Selected Applicants
Travel expenses, Boarding and Lodging charges will be provided to applicants (as per the AYUSH –CME Guidelines).
The payment of TA bills shall be made only on production of original tickets, receipts etc. It will be made after the program is over by transferring into bank account.

All the practitioners and the qualification included in the relevant Medical Acts eminent in the concerned subject/specialty. Participant who has not already attended 2 CME this financial year.
The selection Criteria:
- Trainee who has attended less number of CME.
- Trainee on the basis of seniority in service.
